WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your order at your given address or home.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–8 working days. During sales, promotions, or busy periods, delivery may take 4 –10 working days.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or verification of order details.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

Shipping charges depend on the product you order. Free shipping is available on selected products, while PKR 251 shipping charges apply to other products.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Karachi and selected areas of other cities across Pakistan. For locations where COD is not available, prepayment is required to place your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR COD ORDERS

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please make sure you are available to receive your order once it is dispatched. Kindly avoid making false claims that you did not place the order or refusing/cancelling the order at the time of delivery.

Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation at the doorstep will not be accepted. Repeated refusals or false claims may affect your ability to place COD orders with Anabell in the future.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery riders may not have change available.
